During our family vacation stay at Best Western, we found the hotel to offer a decent experience overall. The central location near the train station was convenient for our excursions, including a day trip to the Port of Naples. The staff's welcoming attitude made us feel at ease, as they kindly assisted us with storing our luggage for a day trip to Molo Beverello Port. As a family-friendly hotel, we appreciated the availability of a spacious "family room" that accommodated us comfortably.While the bathroom may have left something to be desired, the hotel's cleanliness did not go unnoticed, putting our minds at ease, especially with a child in tow. The rooftop breakfast room provided a pleasant start to our days, offering a good selection to please all of us. The proximity to local dining options, such as the delightful seafood restaurant, E Pronto i Mangia, enriched our experience and allowed us to savor authentic Italian cuisine.In conclusion, Best Western proved to be a satisfactory choice for our family stay, offering convenience, friendly service, and a comfortable setting albeit with some minor drawbacks.
